Where to buy Bathroom Suite?

Hiya,

I am looking to purchase a bathroom suite consisting of a P shape bath, toilet and sink and an additional cloakroom toilet & sink.

Where is best to go for quality at a reasonable price?

I was pointed in the direction of Victoria Plumb but having read posts on here I don't think that would a good place to go.

Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

I've been looking for the same myself, and yesterday ordered something from Plumbworld. Better Bathrooms do good value suites too, and Wickes have a good value take away suite.

We are in more or less the same situation as you. Have had a look at Victoria Plumb and a few others online but have come to the conclusion that we would rather see the suite than just order online so that we know what we are getting. I think Wickes have a sale on at the moment with a P shaped bath, toilet basin and pedastal for around £560. Think it is called Fresno.

I have just had a Victoria Plumb bathroom suite fitted. Arc Basin with Matrix mixer tap an Arc toilet and a P shaped shower bath with screen and side panel. £570.95, purchased in December 2011. Quality is great and very good customer service, I will use them again when I do my en suite.

Don't confuse good value with cheap tat. BB.com will shove any old rubbish out of the door that they can get away with that obviously hasn't been anywhere near a QC inspection and their customer service is absolutely dire. If a client insists on buying from them I will not contract to fit it any more - learned my lesson some time ago. Some of the sheds stuff is just as bad but at least you can face them on the CS front and usually get what you want/need - eventually.
