ford transit countless repairs help!

ANNIEHAHA

Hi bought a van in 2003 has done 60,000 miles
has had to have 3 EGR valves replaced , one when the warrenty had run out
managed to get a 70% diacount on this as it had been done twice under warrenty ( after many phone calls)
now we need 2 new feul injectors at a large price!
this van has put us in a number near miss situations with kids in the motor
it was bought new for the reliability and we don't feel this is the case
is there anything i can do ?

Get in touch with ford direct they intervene on your behalf to the garage and make them sort it out. My engine packed up after about 13 monthsand 6000 miles garage wanted to charge but ford head office told them they couldnt and it was fixed for free as was the metal panel joint of the boot which needed sre sealed as was letting in rain water (a lot)
