Littlewoods Catalogue

I have requested under section 78 a copy of my credit agreement with Littlewoods.

I have over the years suffered late payment fees.

I have had the account for a long time now, long before the April 2007 unenforceable criteria.

I have NEVER been given a signed copy of my credit agreement through Littlewoods.

If they cannot provide me with one after the 12 day time limit, what type of letter do I need to send please?

Thanks!!

Your better of posting in the loans section if its to do with unenforceable agreements as they tend to get more queries due to unenforceable loans etc. However if its money you do genuinely owe and just dont wish to pay you might not like the advice.
