My graduate mayweed debit card has an overdraft of £1250
20th Oct- go over overdraft by £2.05
21st Oct- pay in £6
18th Nov- interest £16.33. Leaving balance at £1247.51
18th Nov- unarranged overdraft fee £36
16th Dec I pay in £50
18th Dec- interest. Pushing me over overdraft by £2.19
20 Dec- £72 unarranged overdraft fee
19th Jan- £156 unarranged overdraft fee.
I know I shouldn't have left it this long. I don't even understand why I got the first charge on 18th nov as I wasn't over, unless it was a belated charge from Oct, where I went over by £2.05 and paid the next day.
I can't pay these charges. I'm a very recently single mum, about to embark on a divorce, living with parents with my toddler only working part time, with three credit cards to pay.
I know it'll be hit with another charge soon too. Can I do anything?
