Hi, How much should I pay for selling my property?
£112k leasehold in Manchester. I have a copy of the lease
I was thinking that it should be about £600 including everything. Does that sound about right?

Where I normally reside in UK it would be more like £750, but I am a southern softie so maybe more expensive.Grab life by the balls before it grabs you by the neck.0

Some managing agents charge £300 to supply the leasehold information pack that will be needed.
Sometimes you find they don't have all the information as another managing agent/company deals with the collection of the ground rent and the insurance and you have to pay their fees as well.
All that is on top of what a solicitor would charge.RICHARD WEBSTER
As a retired conveyancing solicitor I believe the information given in the post to be useful assuming any properties concerned are in England/Wales but I accept no liability for it.0
