Morning all! Red, I feel your pain - went through a rather nice bottle of vino last night too, followed by a couple of WKD cos we were out of wine
BDINI - yep, feeling better now thanks - think I was just a bit tired after a long and busy week. Glad to see you are enjoying the art of couponing, I have some to print from Mission Control too but my home printer needs new ink.
Sadly I didn't win the lotto last night (booo!) so today had better be a NSD - will be back to declare later. I have also decided that I'm going to return the first lot of screen protectors I purchased from Amaz0n as they were so bad, esp the stick tabs leaving a sticky mark on the screen film. They might refuse the refund but if you don't ask you don't get, and I'm not likely to be using them.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Afternoon Kerri,
If only I'd stopped at one bottle:o! I really like red wine, but as I get older, the hangovers are more difficult to deal with:mad: Mixing wine with wkd is bound to be a recipe for a bigger hangover though, although we should really have more sense:o
I've given up playing the lotto, as I used to get delighted when I was lucky enough to win £10 and that didn't happen enough to justify the outlay:eek: I hope the head feels better soon, as mine is starting to recover following a soup and bread making session in the kitchen:)If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
£2 savings jar £300:D
Total credit card debts £1250:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: - Will I ever learn!!0 -
Hi all NSD 13 today. Had a spendy day yesterday tried not to spend but the temptation was too high. Oh well get over that and only two more till target is still fantastic. Toying with getting 12 months car tax instead of the 6 which i normally do.#Sealed pot #085.

Thankfully he is home and on the right road to recovery and thankfully he is insured
Awww Allie, it's horrible when they're not well... so glad to hear he's on the road to recovery (and about the insurance!)ifwisheswerehorses... wrote: »Good Morning all :hello:
If they just keep getting better & better - love it!:D
Thank you so much for cheering us up every day.....butdoineedit? wrote: »Big spendy day for me today, i think i am turning into Kerri with my coupons :rotfl: but got onto mission control last night & ended up with tons of coupons for stuff that's in the tatco half price cleaning & laundry stuff, so just couldn't resist. Ended up with 4 lots of flash free, 2 massive bottles of fairy for a quid, 5 bottles of comfort for £1.25, & about 15 squids worth of assorted washing powder/liquid, so with what i already have under the sink, i reckon i have about a years worth of cleaning & laundry stuff now for less than £20
Coupons are seriously addictive!!!!
Well, I followed BDINI's example and went to Mr T - I had a £5 off £40 voucher only valid until today as well as a £7 off £50 valid until next Sun.
Decided to use the smaller one today to stock up on cat food (also on offer) as well as cleaning stuff and walked out with £73.19 worth of stuff for £35.70:T - well chuffed and feel like I''ve managed to "get one over" on the sm for a change;) and worth sacrificing a NSD for I think:)
I now have a years' worth of washing liquid (bought a few weeks ago on offer at Co*op) & fabric conditioner and around 6 month' supply of washing up liquid, bleech, toilet cleaner, floor cleaner, surface sprays .... YAY! (redundancy threat is still playing at the back of my mind so trying to do what I can when there are great offers on to help cushion the blow if the worst happens)
Will be using the voucher next week to stock up on food ..... (although I did also get another £5 off £40 one too:eek:)Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
2016 Sell: £125/£250
£1,000 Emergency Fund Challenge #78 £3.96 / £1,000Vet Fund: £410.93 / £1,000
Debt free & determined to stay that way!0 -
