Well done Catherine, that really is very heroic of you and I am proud of you Dont feel bad about the brio train set either, my mum didnt sell my brothers set he had over 25 years ago and 23years later my son was playing with it! I think its lovely to pass it through the family, perhaps set a little challenge to yourself, if you keep the set then you have to find the £50 elsewhere?! Just a thought...

Thanks all for your nice words. I was so cross earlier as most of my relatives either passed away from or have cancer and to see a T*** pinch from a cancer charity just really wound me up. My husband was glad I let go though! Me too as I am a wuss really

Those bloomin' bars have been haunting me for weeks (DS1 seems to find them in every shop we go in and constantly begs for them)... wish I'd bought more than one now! I really can't understand it, surely the bidders have shops near them? They can't be that hard to find! Will definitely be stocking up tomorrow .

Anyway, just adding £3.40 student discount, and declaring at £241.70/£145 .

Had a bit of hassle with my parcel today so haven't been able to post it, have to ring Parcelforce again in the morning so it should be gone tomorrow, and it will give me a lovely head start on the March challenge.
