The milk place doesn't deliver around here. Gutted. Wanted some cheap bog rolls and free eggs!!
Accepted 3 mystery shops for tomorrow cos I'm off for the day.. new car coming! Eeek!So we'll just be driving around all day in our new pap pap doing mystery shops
and DH has said he's taking me out for lunch as well while kids are at school, which is nice
Oh, on a happy note.. that mystery mccains voucher from last week that I received (or didn't receive should I say), they've emailed me this morning to say a replacement is on it's way. They didn't advise why the first envolope was empty.. but so long as I get my voucher I'm happy
Oh, on another happy note, my Mum has offered to have kids Friday night so me and DH will be going out for a cheap meal/cheap drink somewhere together child free. Looking forward to it
x
Sweets - really pleased for you hon and will be nice for you and mr sweets to have time together x
spendaholic chick - wow! Woop! :j On the extra pay.
Ok i am going to declare now - as i never get anything nice through the post :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
£2526.48/290 :dance::dance::dance:
what would have been nicer is if i could have paid all this off the debtsBUT what i have been able to do with this months money is:
1, reduce the debt by £1000
2, pay back the money i had to borrow for over £200 unexpected car repairs
3, pay back over £200 i borrowed to cover things last month
4, Put some aside for an URGENT - read as looooong overdue maintenance job for the house
5, some of the total is stashed away vouchers
6, and perhaps more importantly - i have once again been able to pay all my bills this month - even an unexpected one!CC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
Hey everyone
I also wanted to update on the savings i was asking about yesterday - thank you all again for your help and advice
Not unexpectedly they haven't sent me the details through first class so i don't know exactly what savings i'm going to get after they've made deductionsBUT i already know there is less in there than i have paid in
Now if there had been more and i was cashing out i'd count the extra as it is interest earned and received. So i just wanted to let everyone know what was happening really
With the savings i'll use this on my pay off as much as you can challenge but unless there is a miracle *crosses fingers* and i receive more than i have paid in i won't be adding this amount to this challenge

Just been paid £60 - £30 for work done last month and £30 for work done this month so I am pleased with that.
That brings my declared total to £141.52/£145 :j
I've never been so close to my target before. Lets hope for a good March tooGoals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -
hi all, I am declaring at £803.18...thanks to ebay again...I also got 6 lovely Duck eggs for free off a lady at school...
I am a bit angry today for a few reasons today.
1. I am still overdrawn!!! but hardly ever spend money (other than in Mr T and a few pennies in charity shops!)...where does it go?
2. Why do ebayers always make reasons to get cheeky refunds!
3. Why am I always in the wrong place at the wrong time! I just popped into my local charity shop and whilst paying for some stuff the guy next to me grabbed the money in the till (about £20) and I instinctively grabbed his hand and tried to get it back. I had him but the only people to help where 5 old ladies...who just stood watching! I suddenly realised he could stab or punch me...I loosened my grip and he ran off. After an hour of ID rubbish with police etc I am still mad at myself for being an idiot have a go hero! It was instinct to react. I also positioned myself between him and the old ladies so they didn't get hurt...they never even said thanksI am cross that I never kicked him in the nuts! What sort of lowlife would rob a cancer charity!
4. Where does my money go!
5. Why did I list all of our thomas brio trains and then change my mind an hour before ending time and decide to keep them!!! too sentimental and the boys do not use them! Would have been more than £50! oops.
Sorry ladies rant over. See y'all in march thread for more money and less heroism

CatherineMM - I'd have said a massive good on you for at least trying to stop the thief! Not many people would have even bothered to try. Very pleased that you weren't hurt - but a shame the little wotsit got away :-S Some people's lack of morals astound me!!!!£10 a day July 2012 £0 / £290 £10 a day May 2012 £157.08 / £310 £10 a day April 2012 £406.11 / £300 £10 a Day March 2012 £327.59 / £310 £10 a Day Feb 2012 £297.07 / £290 £10 a Day Jan 2012 £390 / £310 :j0

CatherineMM - I know they always say not to get involved cos you could get hurt yourself but I'm not sure I could have stood by either. A big WELL DONE for having a go. Yes he got away with it this time but your actions may make him think twice next time. As to the people who just stood there....a thank you would not have gone amiss. you risked yourself for them. some people baffle me.Goals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000

Catherine, well done love for being brave. Good on you. Although, of course now I have tos hout at you for putting yourself in danger...
But, hats off for instinctively doing the right thing :A :T
Some people have no moralsAnd the old ladies could have said thank you. Honestly. Kind of ironic that they're usually the ones that slate young people for bad manners
