What a horrible time your having.... The definatly appears to be something in the air this month for people! I can only echo all the advice Aesop has given you.Stick to your guns, and don't let them get you down. PM me if you need to, you were there for me the other week and it works both ways.

I'm adding £10 that I'd budgeted for lunch out on sat but it was paid for by someone else. Also, DS1 went to a bowling party on sun & came back with 10p roadkill which he'd found in the arcade bit. Really pleased that at 7 he's more interested in finding money for me than asking me for some to put in the machines
Got 87p to find to reach target now!!Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Hi all,
Just a quick question as i want to make sure i'm not doing anything wrongBasically OH (we live together) has seen me using my cashback sites for years and has not been interested at all until recently - wondering why i'm getting 'free' money and he isn't lol :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Anyways i was wondering if it would be ok for us both to have a cashback account? This came about as i said 'ok then when you sign up to the bingo we'll do it through the cashback so you will get it too' i then checked on my cashback site but it says i can only use this for myself and friends and family need to have their own cashback account so it seems like it should be ok.
Any advice would be appreciated. Sorry if it seems like a silly question but i've had alot going on and not been well for a while now so things have been getting on top of me or i've been worrying about stuff unnecessarilyCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -

I think you're each allowed a cashback account. Some offers may be one per household though so check the offer details before you pay anything/0 -
Big hugs to you Nat, i know that feeling of being very alone all too well - i've been there a few times in my life. :grouphug:
When i look back at those times now i can see that they were actually the start of something new in my life - I have come to view them as a clean sweep- you are going though so many changes at the minute i am sure your head is spinning with it all! From what you have been saying it sounds like you have been trying to make some positive changes for your family, and esp your son - being a good parent is about making hard decisions like the one you have talked about, and other people can often be very resistant to change and fight against it. I think you are very brave and wise for recognising there is a problem and doing something about it!!
Your sons grandparents just see what they are losing from the changes you are making, not the reasons behind it - is there maybe another time they could see your son as well as the sunday? Tell them its not about reducing their time with him and negotiate if you can?? just remember you are not doing anything wrong by needing some quality time with him too!

A NICE BIG HUG for Nat.
Hang in there. And I agree one weekend is plenty they will just have to get over it. My boys see their nanna only three times a year for a day or two at a time due to geography. Weekly for eight years is extremely lucky! He is your child and you lay the ground rules down. He will appreciate the stability and time with mum when he is older I am sure. xxx

Bit off topic here but I just came across this article about being sick in your time off and thought it might be of interest to a few people
