I'd seen the KGB deal on a sewing machine for £99, then did a check on Google Shopping, and found it for £129 on this site, which offered a price match guarantee. I thought that I'd give them a chance to match it. The man didn't even seem interested when he heard the cheaper price and I heard him b*tching about me to his colleague in the background! He then hung up on me as I was mid-sentence! Rudest man ever on the phone!

So - price guarantees clearly mean nothing to this company. :cool:

I'm glad I read the many poor reviews of their service as I was considering buying a machine from them. I instead bought a lovely one from John Lewis instead. Would recommend this one if you are looking to spend £99 on a sewing machine:
