Returning a product

I bought a keyboard this Friday gone and have decided not to keep it.

Having used it, am I still able to return it?

if you bought it online or by phone, you have 7 days cooling off under the DSR.
If you bought it in a shop, you have no legal rights to return it at all, used or unused, unless the store's own returns policy allows you to.
This assumes that the item is as new and you have kept the packaging etc.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

If you bought it online, yes. But don't just send it back, you may need to get an RMA from the retailer first. I suggest you read the order info you will have been sent.
Certain items are excluded from DSR: software for example.
