PPI Reclaim difficluties

I have written to my bank as i took out PPI for 2 loans, 1 in 2000 and 1 in 2005 (both loans have been paid off) and asked for details of the T&C's as i no longer have these details. They have informed me that as the loans were taken out over 6 years ago they no longer hold records. The loan in 2005 was paid off in around 2008, so surely they should still hold these details. They have given me the amounts of PPI paid for both loans, but wont give me any further details about it. Where do i go from here as i dont know all of the information i require to fill out the questionnaire, HELP!!!!!
