Reclaiming charges

:)I have a Barclayloan which has been running for some time now & I had PPI on it; but when realised have now managed to cancel it. Can I still reclaim because we were paying it for years. My husband also has a medical condition which we werent asked about at the time ??

You have reasons for mis sell,so put a claim in,look here for other reasons too that may apply.

You should not have cancelled the ppi,was the loan reset, did your monthly payment go up and is the loan over a longer term?.
This can happen with a cancellation of ppi.
If they gave you a rebate of ppi when you cancelled this,it will come off the redress if you win.

Is it one that would invalidate the whole policy or just an exclusion in that area?
Can I still reclaim because we were paying it for years.

That is not grounds for complaint. People pay things for many years but it doesnt make it a valid complaint reason. What would be your reasons for complaint?
