Scottish Hydro Economy 10 timing

I have a house with a Key Meter, the last letter I got about price increases (Aug 11) tells me I am on Economy 10.
Does anyone know what times for the Scottish Hydro n Scotland region that the meter switches over to the Off Peak times? I always thought I was on a Domestic Economy where the electricity overnight was at cheap rate.
I need to re-adjust my heater and water timers to match the off peak times for Economy 10. The Hydros website is useless to find the information. Also, for Key Meter rates, the only rates it has for them is for Total Heating and for Storage Heater rates.
I have tried Googling and can find times from 2007 etc but not for current.

Hi there I am also using economy 10 from Scottish hydro, we are very disappointed in there prices we got signed up by our housing assoc and have a key meter we are spending £40+ a week, to answer your question I live in the Scottish borders ours times are 4.30am-7.30am 1.30 pm-4.30pm and 8.30pm -12.30am hope this helps we are in process of changing to Edf they do economy 10 on a credit meter -thanks Becky0

Your web-site still says to "contact us" rather than showing the times. Can you tweak your IT guys and get the times displayed.
Also it would be usefult if it noted whether 1 or 2 on the meter was off-peak
