I paste below the link that someone kindly posted, but still can't work out how to do this:o:o:o I can't find how to email the eStore! When I did this on my old computer last year, it was much more striaghtforward than this, there was no mention of emailing the eStore.
Please, if anyone has done this give me the idiots guide.
Many thanks.
If Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010 / 2011 is installed on your computer and you would like to upgrade to Kaspersky Internet Security 2012, you should do the following:

If Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010 / 2011 is installed on your computer and you would like to upgrade to Kaspersky Internet Security 2012, you should do the following:
- In an email message from the eStore click the link to download the distributive. If the link validity period has expired, download the distributive from the Kaspersky Lab site.
- In the File download window click Save.
[*]
When the file download is complete, click Close.
[*]
[*]
Find and run the downloaded distributive (with the .exe extension), by left-clicking it.
Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time

You do not need to Email the sStore. They are talking about receiving a message from the eStore to upgrade your version. If my post hasn't helped you, then don't click the 'Thanks' button!0

If you don't have the Email, you can follow the second part of the sentence:If the link validity period has expired, download the distributive from the Kaspersky Lab site.If my post hasn't helped you, then don't click the 'Thanks' button!0

As above. Presumably you already have Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010 / 2011 on your computer, and have received an email from their eStore offering an upgrade to the 2012 version.
If you don't have the email, you can still download the file from their site using this link
http://www.kaspersky.com/productupdates
You'll have to select the product you want from their site. How do I add a signature?0
