Wow thats awful! I have been to see EA2 this morning and they apparently take down from myself any details of interested parties and if it happens that we sell to one of them we pay half there current fees as they were not introduced to us by them. I asked what about EA1 and their fees. They said it is up to EA1 to phone EA2 to find out who bought my property and if EA1 had intoduced them then i would have to pay them (although apparently all the actual work is done by EA2). EA2 said they had never known EA1 chase these matters up (do i believe them???). So risking paying 1 and half lots of fees if EA1 finds out, half feees if use EA2 or full fees to EA2 if they find me totally new buyer. So what do you think? Mind you just found out that another couple from EA1 wants to do second viewing so that makes 2 interested parties. Perhaps I should just stay with EA1 until things calm down? I should be able to take them back on ok as i have only given them notice which doesnt stop until 13 April.
