Itunes Sync Error -69

In a nutshell:
1 - transfer Planet Of The Apes to Itunes using code from DVD purchase
2 - sync Ipod, movie is in Purchased section where it should be
3 - my Ipod can no longer sync aith this file in place due to error -69
4 - Google - help from Apple is worse than useless - remove the offending file from your list blah blah - hello, I have a list of 1 file which was purchaed via the Itunes store

What version of iTunes are you running with...? You have enough space on your iPod?
Update that to the latest, it will more than likely fix your issue.
