reclaiming ppi but have no details

i know i had ppi that i didnt need want it went on the balance of the credit card i canceled the insureance but still kept the card but cant remember any of the details apart from it was an mbna card can i still claim and how ?

If you have reasons for mis sell,then put a complaint in.

Do you have any statements showing the card number? this is what you need to make a claim.
You could ring MBNA and ask if they have any details on your cc,you may get the card number.0 -
i still have an mbna card but no sure if it was the one that i was paying ppi on0

Ring MBNA and give them that number,if they cannot find ppi on there,ask them if you have other accounts.
If you get no joy,send a SAR to MBNA.
