can i demand a ful refund have now had 2 dryers in 30 days both faulty

    Of course you can demand anything you like.
    Whether you will get it, is another matter.

    A bit more detail may help... hair dryer, tumble dryer, some other sort of dryer?
    When did you buy it?
    How did you buy it? Credit card, debit card, cash, catalogue purchase?
    Have you spoken to the retailer? What did they say?
