Did you put LOVEFIVE code in again when you got to the bottom, also wouldn't it have taken your card details if it was going to charge you?
It did take my card details, I bought a large card so I paid the extra. I've emailed them, so we'll see. I only put the code in once, was I suppose to put it in again? It did say the balance was £1.79, but then afterwards it said my prepay balance was £5 and my order history says my order value was £6.79.52% tight0 -

No, I think you just put the code in once. Although I put mine in twice accidentally, it just came up that I'd already used the code. Check your order confirmation email, mine says £3.49. That sounds right - prepay balance £5 (the freebie) & £1.79 to pay.0 -

Thanks, I'm still waiting for the email, and I've emailed them too, just to be on the safe side. A few family members have used the offer now too - I wonder if we'll all end up with the same valentine card :rotfl:52% tight0 -
