I think its because they have been unindated with orders because the offer was advertised this morning on tv by Lorraine-so you will prob get your orders when it all catches up.

My mum ordered hers on my computer. As long as it's a new email address and a different person I don't think there will be a problem. We both got our cards okay. They have said on facebook that they are really busy at the moment.

Yeah, it states in the T&C that they only recognize you by your email.

My Husband's order and My Sister's order have now both been 'posted'.

They both raised queries through the contact on the website but My Sister's reply sent to her email was addressed to me so someone somewhere is linking things up!
