Sports direct no fear ski jackets 9.99

My OH ordered a jacket from Sports Direct and I ordered from Amazon (spent too long umming and ahhhing, by which point it was oos on Sports Direct website)... we think my OH's arrived yesterday but the delivery note states it was left at No.37 and No.37 say no package has been left with them, also tried the other houses three up and three down, but the parcel is nowhere to be found!!

You can still cancel the order because it is within 7 days of delivery. You have to email them saying you are cancelling the order as per the distance selling regulations.
You are entitled to your delivery costs refunded, but not the costs for you to post it back to them, although some companies use a post paid return label.

My order (from Field & Trek, Amazon) has been cancelled - no explanation, just cancelled! Prior to this it had been 'dispatching soon', maybe just to make things difficult for customers wishing to cancel orders?
