Not sure why ours stopped then as still showing on site now, however at a higher price. Have just ordered todays offer for my boys as seems a good price.

I ordered two jackets yesterday and one of those is already on it's way from the local Yodel depot and should arrive today according to the tracking number. I'm still waiting to hear about the other one, it's still showing as dispatching soon (I ordered them via Amazon). I suspect Sports Direct got caught out by the unexpectedly high level of interest in this offer (no doubt helped out by MSE and HUKD) so perhaps their stock control system blew a fuse but I'm not sure you could call it a con.

Sport Direct have been offering daily deals for a long time now, some of them are better than others (especially when you factor in £3.99 p&p if you have to order online). The offers are also available instore, although that's no good for those of use whose nearest branch is twenty miles away.

I received an email today whilst I was at work informing me that all three jackets I ordered had been cancelled due to lack of stock, unfortunately I was daft enough to add two other items to my order, one of those has been cancelled and the other dispatched, there is no way I would have paid the postage for one item which was only a small thing, CS was useless, as I would have just cancelled the whole order but I am not able to because it is too far through the order process :mad:

I asked a friend to try and got the same !!

On Sunday I ordered two childrens jackets on this deal. Followed by two adults. In each case, because they were not available in the size/colour I wanted I checked Amazon, and its sportsdirect seller pages had all sizes required, and so ordered.

At 2.30 am an email cancelled the ladies adult jacket. Later on another email cancelled the two childrens. I therefore emailed via Amazon to cancel the remaining jacket.

I live in Nottingham, their depot is in Mansfield. I got home to find out they had already delivered the one jacket that was in stock. Full marks for speed of delivery, but unsatisfied, and deciding whether to return the unpacked item.
