How to stop malicious calls ? I'm with AOL.

I'm receiving unwanted malicious calls from someone, police have been to see this person twice before on this matter, another relative had to change their number and go ex-directory after years of abuse. The abuser now phones me to let off steam, I don't have any contact with this person and told her so to "Leave me & my family alone".
I'm with AOL broadband including line rental, phoned AOL three times yesterday and received 3 different answers to my questions !!!
What I wanted to know was : How do I get a number barred from phoning me ? (already have no witheld numbers).
How do I get a new phone number, how long will I have no broadband etc if I change number ? (have police incident number).
PLEASE HELP ???

If the offender has already had two police warnings, shouldn't your first call be to them?
I presume you have recorded the calls?

You should ask to ber transferred to the Malicious Calls unit, who will take care of the renumber - hopefully at no cost. As for BB, this has nothing to do with your line, so will work before and after any renumber.
