FAO BT Company Rep HELP!

I`m really hoping that the BT rep can help with this one as i`m almost at the end of my tether.
I need to change the email address on my profile so that all notifications etc get sent to the new address but this is proving impossible to do.
I`ve tried to do it online over twenty times over several days, the web page that i`m directed to after clicking on the change email address link allows me to input the new email address and then asks for the password, then when i click save it asks for the password again and eventually locks the account for 20 mins as it will not recognise the password.
This is the same password that i`ve signed in with and is 100% correct.
I`ve gone through live chat 3 times and the person on the other end assures me that they have changed the email address but next time i log in its still showing the old one and not allowing me to change it.
I`ve called and spoken to someone 4 times and they have changed it for me too but again when i log back in the old one is showing and i`ve just recieved my latest billing notification to the old address.
HELP ME PLEASE as its driving me insane!
