Galaxy (Mars Chocolate UK) - Praise

On Monday I bought myself a Galaxy Bubble Orange. It's a new product and I do like my Galaxy chocolate. I went to eat it later that evening and found that it was an incomplete bar. It has an outer shell, which is filled with bubbly chocolate and then filled to smooth the bottom base. The smooth bottom base was missing and left a depth of about 5mm, which should have been chocolate.
I emailed Galaxy via their 'Contact Us' page on the website to let them know. I wasn't expecting anything from them, after all, I still ate the chocolate. I opened my post this morning and found a letter of apology from Mars, along with a £3 voucher to spend on any product from the Mars range.

they do seem really good on customer service.
I emailed to say I was a bit disappointed when opening a large celebrations tin and finding only a few of my favourite maltesers teasers in there, they sent me an apology and £3 voucher too.0
