Lloyds TSB charges

Hi everyone, thought I'd sign up here and look for some advice. Apologies for the rather long post.

Right I have a graduate account with Lloyds TSB and once you've graduated you have a 3 year period where you're overdraft is gradually reduced but remains interest-free.

Around August/September of 2011 I received a letter explaining that my overdraft was being reduced from £2000 to £1000, at this point I paid off the whole of my overdraft.

I've been away recently and came back to a load of letters from Lloyds TSB wanting money for overdraft charges, threatening legal action etc I haven't received any letters saying my overdraft was being removed? Anyway last week I sent them a letter asking for an explanation as to why this was the case.

I received a reply from them which didn't answer any of the questions I'd ask them instead just asking me to return any cards to my local branch and fill in some forms showing monthly incomings and outgoings and agreeing to pay a certain amount each month.

They said I had 14 days to reply but about 5 days later I've got another letter (different department) saying that they will take legal action as they haven't heard back from me.

If my overdraft was being removed I don't understand why it let me withdraw just over £100 from my account (probably around November 2011), which was the last time I used my account.

I will pay if necessary but what annoys me is the fact that they haven't answered any of the questions I asked them and that I'm told I still have a £1000 interest free overdraft when this clearly isn't the case.
