Leaks, Damp and mould in conservatory

My conservatory is now approaching 8 years old, and for the last 2 years I have had nothing but problems with leaks, damp and mould. It took over a year before I could get the company to take any action and a further 6months and threat of involving trading standards before they actually started any course of work. They took the plasterboard off the affected wall, sourced the leak (supposedly) and then redamproofed it and put up new platerboard. Hoping the problem to now be sorted I arranged someone to come in and move a radiator from that wall as I wanted to redesign the room and paper the 'previously' affected wall, however when her took off the skirting board he found the new plasterboard to already be covered in mould (after about 6-8 weeks). I got in touch with the company again and they arranged for an independant inspector to come out in November, he had several concerns, and not just in this area but wanted a joiner to come out to take the skirting boards off again so he could have a proper look. Since then, nothing, despite regular contact from myself, in fact they wont even give me a timescale saying they do not have a joiner available for several weeks.........just to take a skirting board off?? I find this hard to believe. I have now reached the end of my tether, and after 2+ years I think I am justified!!!
This is a heavily condensed version of the events and problems but I was looking for advice on where I should take this problem as I am clearly not getting anywhere with the company. They are accredited to a range of affiliations, including BSI. Should I be going there, trading standards, local newspaper etc (I know for a fact I am not the only customer of theirs having problems)
Thank you in advance of any advice given
