Ppi on egg loan

Im thinking of reclaiming my ppi on my egg loan. I finished paying for it in December 2011 and had it for about 9 years.
Has anyone be able to get there PPI back from egg?
I have been Paid out from other banks but have not heard anyone that has been paid back from egg.
Any help would be Great, or any news that anyone has got it back
