I've no idea about how moneysaving or what sort of service they provide or anything, but I have seen ads for woodcall.com, who seem to be a local set up and deliver.0

Gumtree Belfast is good for firewood, check it out online, I got 1 metre builder bag of seasoned hardwood for 50 quid delivered in Ballyclare0

Also is there a noticable difference between burning hardwood and softwood in a fireplace - does the hardwood burn for longer/hotter etc?Regards, Robin.2011 MFW # 34

Both recs are Ards area for Bulk Bags
Ards fuels Alan Brown is Jubliee Road near Mot center
The other guy on 07813167488(bulk-bag delivery) is called McKee
Hardwood will burn for longer but will be more expensive/ as not as plentiful

Softwood tends to burn hotter but it doesn't last very long.
For firewood try asking on here...

Edit: On second thoughts, that directory doesn't seem to include NI. There are members in that area though.0
