DRO revoked

Options
After being 6 months into a DRO it has been revoked due to a new debt that has come to light and I never remembered to include it in my DRO.It has now taken me over the £15,000 limit and has been revoked.I am terrified that soon people I owe will start harrasing for payments.I only get state pension and pension credit, all I can see ahead is Bankruptcy, again that poses problems although I can be excused from the court fee, there is still over £500 to find.I do not think I am eligible for dept plans as my income is to low.Has anyone any idea firstly if I applied for BR would it go in my local papers? Secondly is there any way I can avoid BR.Thank you

    Hi again,
The mandatory advertising of BR in the local paper ended on April 6th 2009. Advertising is expected in rare cases of local public information requirements. Can't see yours coming within that category.
You should take advice on the matter again before you decide, for instance a car in BR is not automatically exempt if worth less than £1000 unlike within a DRO. (don't know if you own a car) but you need to be aware of the differences in the types of insolvency.

If you do go ahead with Bankruptcy why not enquire with Turn 2 Us for help with your fees?
