National Express-tickets not arriving?
Hi all, just wondering if anyone else has had problems with their tickets not turning up? I have ordered twice in the last few months and the tickets have not arrived-meaning i have to ring up their call center, costing me 10p per minute-they keep you on the phone, so you end up giving National express even more money (tickets are for my mum-so are expensive now the government has pulled out their funding).
Just wanted to get an idea of numbers before i send off a snotty letter.
