Can anyone help please my pc is so slow even though I am on 10meg broadband.

Each page takes an age to change and I always have to left click on everythimng twice before anything happens (or 4 times if I need to double click)

    Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
    Open malwarebytes and goto UPDATE and click 'check for updates'. After its updated goto SCANNER and click PERFORM QUICK SCAN then click SCAN
    Remove everything thats found (needs to be ticked)
    Post the COMPLETE log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds
    If anything was found then do the exact same but run a FULL scan

    if you backup infrequently, uninstall macrium, and reinstall when needed.

    I think so thats why I have asked for help. during that scan the pc was running at 100% a lot of the time so I couldnt do anything else at the same time.

    Any ideas

    I will try what closed suggest this evening

    A few weeks back I was browsing and my screnn went blank and when it came back on I had lost all my favourites (internet explorer) but when I try to add some now it tells me I already have it saved altough I cant see it in my fav box, woder if that has anything to do with it?
