It depends on the lease company, my company deals with a couple of different ones, they bluntly told Northgate that they were not to pay any private parking company invoices, if they did they would be breaking the terms of the contract and they would cancel all leases with them, we have about 50 vehicles with them. If a PPC writes to them they just write back and tell them who the company is, after that my employers ignore the scammers.

Its all about working with your company and getting them on board, and putting lease companies in their place, if they pay when an alleged contract is with the driver ONLY, that is their problem, and could be taken to the small claims if they try charging their clients.
