Please could someone give me some help I damaged my iphone so I took my local phone shop to have it repaired, it cost me a fair bit but cheaper than buying a new one.
Once it was repaired I went to collect it, they showed me it working before I left the store but when I got it home turned the power off to put my sim in and tried to turned it back on but will not power back on
Would anybody know if I can complain as it was a repair?
Many thanks

Go back to the shop with your SIM card and demonstrate the problem to them.
Does it power on after you have taken your SIM card out?
If so, maybe the SIM card is faulty.0 -

thanks for the help mate?0 -
Is it dead and not in a DFU loop? I had this happen to me after an iOS update not that long back. Try holding both the Home and Power buttons in together for 15 seconds and see if the Apple logo appears.0
