Cant Find My Full Loan Details

Im having trouble finding my full account number for my 2 Loans that have now been paid off, so i can ask my lender (HSBC) for my Terms and Conditions. I have signed up with Equifax and have recieved my statutory credit report, however Equifax fails to ashow me the complete account number for my loans, just the last four digits.
Any help regarding this matter will be much appreciated :money:
