At no stage should you guess the amount of charges to reclaim. If you get to court stage, you will need to prove the amount you are reclaiming. Without compiling your own list of charges. You will have no proof. The bank is under no obligation at any stage to produce a list of charges for you. The only reason they may do this is to prove they don't owe you the amount of money you are claiming in court. Without any evidence to back your claim up, you will have a very weak case. This could harm your chances of success. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
