Switching help
Hi, I am in the process of switching from British Gas to E-On (as E-On came out the cheapest in a U-Switch comparison).
My queries are do you think British Gas will let me pay off my final bill to them over installments? I usually pay monthly by direct debit, but after this Winter am going to be owing them a few hundred quid I reckon. Also does anyone actually come and read the meters? as mine are inside my property and I usually do it online.
What is the longest period anyone has had at paying off their final bill in installments? I am hoping for about 6 months.
