Bi-Fold Shower door Hinge/Seal replacement.

Hi,
The centre hinge/seal between the two bi-fold doors has started to tear. My problem being i don't know the manufacturer and i imagine it was brought from one of the large DIY stores. So i was wondeing if anyone knew where to start looking for replacement? Any companies that may match the profile if i sent a sample to them.
