I am very new to this but need help re ppi- My husband took out car loan thru Black Horse feb 2009-and the agreement had retail price protection( I have the policy no etc) he was not aware he had this cover, my husband then had a massive stroke in aug 2009 and I made the decision to settle the loan in June 2010 as I was unsure if I could continue with the payments as he couldnt work( I borrowed the money from my parents and still owe them) -black horse gave me a part rebate for ppi on my repayment schedule which I didnt even realise then what it was- should he have been covered for his illness and can i claim back some more ppi- I have written once to black horse with no response- any help would be really appreiciated

    Looks like you have a good reason for not knowing this ppi was on there,if you had,you would have put a claim in when your hubby needed it.

    When you say you contacted Black horse,what did you ask,and when did you do this?.

    Did you get the car from a dealer? if you did,they are the ones you put the complaint into.
