Duubt it, given what you have said about your credit file...that needs to be sorted first.
Probably better off bying a few bits and bobs that you need anyway and paying it of in full - just act normally...0 -
what are they not account scored? or are they credit scored?0

I just don't think there are any quick fixes on this.
They've given you a sub-prime credit card so chances are they won't be looking at lending you more money, regardless of how much you make them by doing strange transactions.
I think the best bet is to keep your head down, use it a bit, pay it off in full and show them your are a good boy who can be trusted.
Once you have a 6 month track record (and you've fixed up your credit record) you can try and ask, but even then I would be doubtful. However, you might be in a position to apply for a 'better' card who accept you because they like your track record and you seem safe.
You have to ask yourself, would you lend someone your cash if you didn't know them and all you had to go on was a credit record like yours showing defaults?0 -
defaults which are not mine !!0

I know - but that's my point - if you didn't know that, would you risk it?
They can only go on what they can see, which is why its important to make changes to your credit file.0 -
Ajay, you NEED to get this sorted out. I see you have made a number of posts over the forum, and you are still trying to get cards and stuff. You say the defaults are not yours, so you REALLY NEED TO GET THIS SORTED FIRST. STOP applying for anything until your file is cleared. The longer you leave it, the worse its gonna get as the lenders wont beilieve you and investigations will be a lot harder. You say you cant go to citizens advice as you have uni, well you need to ask what the priorities are. Have you tried writing to them for advice? No I didnt think so. I dont want to sound harsh, but a lot of people have given you advice and you have only gave reasons why you cant, but to me they dont sound like reasons of someone who is determined to clear their name. What if the lenders ask you to write a letter? Will you say you cant cos you have no time to do it due to uni?
It is NOT a personal attack, its just frustrating to see you suffer this, but at the same time ignore others advice. Nobody can help you if you cant help your self.
