Snail-like express delivery

Hi, does someone know how soon I can open an INR claim?

Bought an item on sunday on Ebay advertised with "express 3 day delivery"

Well it's now friday and no item and it's holding up a job i'm doing. Wouldn't have ordered from them if i knew it would be 6 days or more.
I have contacted them but as yet no reply.
Oh also should it be with ebay or paypal?

What was their dispatch time? They can have a 3 day delivery method but may post out once a week.....you will have to look at the listing for clarification.

Good point - just checked. "Despatch within 2 days" on "24hr courier"

If they are a business, their contact number will be on the listing. I would give them a ring and see what the state of play is.

Have never liked ringing people much but it did seem the next logical step so I plucked up the courage.
THEY HAVN'T POSTED THE BL00DY THING YET. They say it will be with me on monday.
I'm minded to believe them if only because the obvious lie would be to say the courier has messed up; guess [EMAIL="i@ll"]i'll[/EMAIL] wait till monday and hope it comes and I'm not just 3 days later opening INR.
