Egg and CCJ

Hello

this is my first time posting so please bear with me, I had a egg cc for many years, and had PPI on this, after a relationship breakdown I was unable to carry one payments, it was then put to a debt recovery agency and taken to court where I recieved a CCJ, but I eventually got a remortgage and paid the amount off

1. Am i still able to claim for PPI ?

2. My credit report is still showing a CCJ and not showing that its settled, who should I be writing to regarding this?

Thankyou for any help

Yes,you can claim mis sell if you have reasons, look here

If any/all apply to you, then put a claim in.

Write to the debt recovery people,or the court (whoever you gave the last payment to) send copies to prove the debt is settled and ask them to update your credit file.
