    Yep he is. I believe the whole story is that his benefit claim is going up in smoke due to the reforms so he now wishes everyone else's claim goes up in smoke, the majority of which have a legitimate claim, hence the constant scaremongering and sniping. Alas he is so predictable with his style of posts and easily identified with each new account he makes after the current one gets banned.

    Edit: Actually, I need to add to this the fact that he actively boasted about how well he was doing on the 'system' until now. Since the rules are changing and he realises that he's going to be found out everyone else rightfully claiming for help are leeches. I can't even begin to list the alias' he has used as there are so many now, each of which get banned eventually and then once he reaches 30/40 posts with a few 'thanks' he suddenly reappears. You really should channel your energy elsewhere, perhaps by lobbying your MP to make PiP passable to you with your non-existent need for DLA which you have claimed (to my knowledge) since the 90's.....
