was wondering if anyone could help,mine and my husbands credit cards are being paid back by a payment plan as we are struggling to pay them off so is being dealt with via the collection centre,can i still claim back my ppi i paid it on them but never made a claim when i was made redundant nearly 9 years ago thanks

As you did not claim on this when made redundant,you could put this in your complaint as a reason for mis sell.
Look here for reasons for mis sell and if any/all apply to you then put a claim in.

Just to let you know,as the card is in arrears,any redress may be take off the card.
This may not be bad,as the debt is nearer clearing,it could even wipe the whole debt off.0
