Halfords Ridiculous Delivery Charges to Northern Ireland

HALFORDS - charge £4.99 delivery in UK but wait for it buy from Northern Ireland and they charge an extra £14.99 to deliver - making it a grand total of £19.99. All this to receive a small satellite navigation system. They blame it on courier charges, but I can't understand how other companies don't penalise customers for living in Northern Ireland. Anyone else come across these charges?

Surely if they charged an extra £14.99 on top of £4.99 that would make their delivery charge to NI £19.98?!?
