Even so, if the ANPR system picks it up, if the previous owner had sorned it, it'll flag up.
If they haven't it'll flag at untaxed.
The sorn actually finishes when you sell the car, it doesn't tranfer to the new owner, they have to sorn it in their own name.
If the data base is updated before the fine, the new owner gets it, if not, the old owner will advise it has been sold.0
