Barclays Wealth Eligibility ?

I was looking over the Barclays website today, just for information since i just switched my current account to them from Clydesdale bank, and stumbled across "Barclays Wealth - Private Banking".

I always thought the Premier Banking from Barclays was the current account with the highest criteria, but it looks like Wealth is.

Does anyone have any information about who is eligible for a wealth current account, just out of intrest because i can imagine the criteria being very high.
