Channel Island anniversary trip

We are thinking of celebrating our 25th anniversary by visiting the Channel Islands. We have stayed in Jersey before and are interested in visiting Guernsey and maybe Sark?
Does anyone have any recommendations for hotels (maybe 3/4star - not too posh) and itinerary?

Try another island , go to Alderney . More interesting and a better coastline than Sark

I've been using TA for ideas of where I was going to stay in Jersey. And booking.com and there is a good comprehensive list for Jersey under B&Bs/hotels on here http://www.bedandbreakfast-directory.co.uk/uploads/estate/html/to-Jersey.htm and lodging world.

I haven't been to Jersey yet, but I've booked to go over in March
