Need to sell my m&s shares? How?

Worked for m&s about 15 years ago and got about 80 shares which I've just hung onto since then. Not worth much at all, but I figured I might as well sell them as we have just replaced our TV and the proceeds will just about fund paying for that.
Question is, do I use the Lloyds TSB Registrars Shareview website (Lloyds TSB Registrars administer the share scheme for m&s), or do I go to an independant broker. If so, where is the best place to go?
Obviously want to pay the lowest fee, so any advice anyone can give would be much appreciated.

There will be others, but this was the cheapest.
Thanks for this Al. Lloyds want to charge me £17.50.
Have googled for a while but can't find anything cheaper than £7.0
